Hi -
Just moved in. The house has a gas dryer hookup. We of course have
an electric dryer.
I did notice a heavy duty socket on the wall. It looks a lot like a

I have a laundry tub that i want to replace the Drain pipe but it goes into
a lead drain in the concrete floor.
How do i remove & install a new one without melting or damageing the lead ?

Anyone have any suggestions for the least leaky (air-wise) dryer
vent? What I've read is that the 'flying shuttle' type is the best
