I found a Gmail help group, but posting is not allowed.

Gmail now offers a free pop email address and also 7G of online space.
I have several files that do not contain sensitive data.  Emailing
myself the file is a great way to keep it safe without having to back
it up.  I can also forward them to friends without re uploading them.
